the nurse today listened genuinely to our explanation about our veins being hard to find and what works, and then was able to find one almost immediately, so that was a big relief. there was this one memorable procedure a while back when we had to wait two hours while a succession of phlebotomists came up empty... we're always happy when that part goes okay
