my use case is basically that i follow a lot of people, and this makes my timeline fly by very fast. which i actually quite like, but i also want to keep up with the posts of some of my friends, so having a list like that would be useful
@lumi A page that shows only the latest post of everybody you follow could be interesting. I think I saw something about cohost having something like this, but I was never on it
