It's absolutely not critical to do something about it, but still quite annoying x.x

re this post, did you get used to peeing with the new configuration?
Not really, there's some learning so it's less and sometimes I'm just lucky and it's not messy at all but I always have to clean up my vulva with toilet paper and that's when I get some on my paws.
I think I pee sideways a bit, which isn't helping - that's one of the things that would be corrected in the second surgery, which I didn't have yet (I could have had that already, but my move to Finland came in the way and had higher prio)
and re this one, what kinda cleaning is there to be done?
I'm supposed to douche twice per week and manage around once per week. That involves inserting the tip of the douche thingy all the way in so that everything gets washed. The microbiome is very different from a natural vagina, more akin to a constant bacterial vaginosis afaiu
also, how does lubrication work for you?
Vulva yes, vagina no - so not enough to insert anything but enough to have other kinda fun x)
