I'm not sure what we're talking about then
systemd-bsod.service is used to display a blue screen which contains a message relating to a boot failure, including a QR code which can be scanned to get helpful information about the failure.

systemd-bsod is for reporting boot issues (by hooking into journald and triggering on any message with emergency log level), Linux kernel BSOD QR code is for kernel panics

@pj @domi @walnut confusion might come from the fact that the BSOD QR URL can be customized (with a kernel config parameter i presume) and for arch linux it does indeed point at a (static) website hosted by the arch project
