looking for recipe suggestions does anyone have meal prep suggestions, not for diet reasons or anything, but for depression? Like, easy, cheap, makes a lot, keeps well in fridge, survives the microwave alright?

Chili! Soups and stews in general too. Easy to make a big pot of all at once and reheats very well.
