Ok query time. Biology is messy and full of exceptions. How does your body differ from the usual expected of you as the human you are? Anything big or small.

My mum has an extra vertebrae, a close friend multiple spleens. One sis is built like she works out but eats like a sparrow.

A co worker was born with just two vampire like teeth. A friend of mine at uni grew platinum white hair only on the back of his head. A MUSH friend from the 90s got
two uteruses.

@NanoRaptor I have short sinews at my pinkies (both fingers and toes) and just can't extend them straight - they are always wonky

I was told it happens every second generation, e.g. father-side grandfather has that as well
